Exchange & Return Policy
We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. Should you require to exchange an item, simply return the original item for a refund. You may purchase the replacement at your convenience, before or after you receive your refund.
THE HYPERGEAR.COM.AU RETURN PROCESS1.Find the Hypergear.com.au Sales Order Number on the invoice you received with your order (4-digit number).
2.Browse to our page www.hypergear.com.au drop a message on our site messenger on the bottom right of the browser. Start the conversation with “I would like to return an item”, inform them regarding to the issue or reason & get a confirmation e-mail from them.
3.You will be receive instruction and address of return through email.
Once received, returns take about 7-10 business days to process. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file once the return process is completed.
*Remember! Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags.
*Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Although we do not charge a restocking fee, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the returnee. While you are welcome to use any shipping service you wish, we recommend opting for the most cost effective one that will provide you with a tracking number.
If you don't know your Hypergear.com.au order number, please contact us and give us your first name, last name, email address, shipping address and order date. We'll do our best to find your order number and email it back to you.
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTIf you received the wrong product in your Hypergear.com.au shipment, or are missing something from your order, please contact us. To expedite a resolution, please indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was missing from your order. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
If your product arrived defective from Hypergear.com.au please Contact Us and we'll move mountains to right your wrong.
If your bag arrived defective, but purchased from another retailer, please provide us with the Serial Code together with the receipt of purchase to our customer service team.
Return and exchange of colour for the same item is allowed but subject to stock availability.
Please notified us within 3 days upon receiving your item by contacting our customer service with your order id number & product you wish to exchange.
All postage cost will be borne by the customer.
Please note that the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any exchange/return.
*The difference will not be returned if the price of the exchanged item is lower than the original price.
Hypergear will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
If you purchased or received any item directly from Hypergear.com.au and would like to return it within 30 days, we can issue you a refund or store credit.
Returned goods must be in perfect, un-used condition with all original tags.
If you purchased your product from a retail store or a website other than Hypergear.com.au, please provide the Serial code of the product with the receipt of purchase.
If you choose to return an item at one of Hypergear Online Stores you must have the original email receipt.
REFUND AND RETURNABLE IS BETWEEN 14 WORKING DAYS ,UPON RECEIVING OF RETURN GOODS.

*Wear and tear from customer’s end are not allowed for exchange or refund.
